  • When can I move in?
    Our facility is accessible every day of the year from 6:30am to 9pm. This ensures flexibility for you to initiate your move-in at a time that suits your schedule.
  • How secure is the facility?
    Rest assured, the security of our facility is our top priority. We've implemented advanced security measures to ensure the utmost protection for your assets. Our premises are fortified with top-of-the-line security fencing, providing an additional layer of defense. Access to the facility is controlled through a gated key code system, enhancing security and limiting entry to authorized individuals. We are committed to providing a secure environment for your peace of mind.
  • What information will I need to provide in order to rent a space?
    In addition to completing the rental agreement, you will need to provide a copy of your driver's license or government issued id, your license plate number, and the make, model and dimensions of the RV or boat you plan to store at our facility.
  • Do I need to sign a long-term lease?
    No. Our facility rents on a month-to-month basis and there are no minimum stay requirements.
  • How much notice needs to be given before I move out?
    Our contracts operate on a month-to-month basis, offering flexibility for our tenants. In the event of your decision to move out, we kindly request a 15 day notice, which can be emailed to It's important to note that no refunds are issued for early move-outs before the end of the month.
